Compact and agile, we are a team of two co-founders driving our start-up forward. We make impactful decisions in collaboration with a closely aligned Board, to collectively shape the future of our company.

Nick Dunstone

Co-founder + CEO

Prior to co-founding Event Horizon, Nick led the Cryptography Guild at R3, serving as a Core Engineer for the CORDA decentralized ledger platform.

With a deep focus on cryptography in decentralized systems, Nick's journey began at the age of 13 when he delved into analyzing the German WWII "Enigma" cipher code. His expertise spans across diverse sectors, including Military Avionics, Banking, and Hedge Funds.

Eric Billard

Co-founder + Chief Product Officer

With a track record spanning over two decades, Eric brings a wealth of Software Product Management expertise gained in top tier Fintech vendors, Banks, and Hedge Funds.

After successfully completing multiple projects with Nick, their shared vision led to the creation of Event Horizon. Whilst not yet full time on the project, Eric's insights already drive our journey towards groundbreaking solutions.
